Online Shopping
In the event a product available on or through the Absolute Chair Mat site is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Absolute Chair Mats will have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Absolute Chair Mat's acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of Absolute Chair Mat's offer to sell. Absolute Chair Mats reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason.

Returns Policy
If you receive a defective chair mat, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive a replacement at no cost to you. You must contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get the necessary
information that may be needed to process a claim, provide a return authorization, etc.. Absolute Chair Mats will take care of any shipping
charges to return the defective chair mat and get the replacement to you.

Items Damaged During Shipment
If your order appears to have been damaged during shipment, it is recommended that you refuse the shipment at the time the delivery attempt is being
made. Please detain the delivery person until you have the opportunity to inspect your parcel and before you sign for it.

Product Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with our product, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. You must contact
us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get a return authorization. All return items must be received within 10 business days of the date the return
authorization is issued, and no more than 30 days from date our product was originally shipped to you. Items returned without a return authorization will be disregarded or returned at the customer's
expense. All returned items must be in a "never used" condition, or we will not accept them. Shipping on non-defective chair mats is the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.

Refunds
Refunds for non-defective items may be subject to fees. If a refund is requested, a 10% to 25% restocking fee will apply; this is to cover the
shipping charges that were incurred when we originally shipped the product to you and to cover additional charges from the credit card companies for refunds. The credit card company will charge us
for original the sale and if a refund is processed they charge us again in effect doubling our card processing expenses. Shipping and Handling on Non-Defective products is the responsibility of the
customer and will not be refunded.
